Kowloon Walled City to release full length on The Perpetual Motion Machine

On the heels of last year's well-received Turk Street 10"/CDEP, San Francisco's Kowloon Walled City will begin recording a full-length this week, for release on The Perpetual Motion Machine this summer.

Turk Street's downtuned, post-hardcore sludge garnered positive reviews in magazines like Thrasher and Terrorizer, along with plenty of blogosphere hype. For this follow-up, as of yet unnamed, the group will once again set up shop in their rehearsal space in San Francisco for a few weeks of recording. Ever the archivists, they'll be blogging the process at their website Expect a street date late this summer.
